Carriage House in Breckenridge, CO is seeking full or part-time teachers to join our floating team. You’ll cover breaks, support planning, and help maintain required child-to-teacher ratios in a play-based program for ages 8 weeks to 5 years using the Creative Curriculum and Pyramid Plus.

Formación

• Colorado Shines Level 2 credential or EC Lead Teacher qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues, children, and parents.
• Must comply with all background check requirements.
• If needed, enroll in 2 fully paid Early Childhood classes within the first year of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teachers to implement engaging lesson plans and ensure high-quality care for our students.
• Promote a nurturing environment that encourages social, cognitive, and emotional growth among children.
• Support colleagues by covering breaks and facilitating teacher planning time.
• Adhere to all center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment through hygiene, cleanliness, and security.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and achieve continuous quality improvement.
