Job summary

The St. Michael-Albertville School District Community Education Center in Saint Michael, Minnesota, is seeking an ECFE Paraprofessional for an immediate start. You will monitor and supervise children, assist in ECFE and School Readiness classes, and participate in activities with parents and children.

About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Monitors, supervises and/or provides child care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers or older siblings under the direction of instructional personnel in the ECFE and School Readiness classrooms while parents attend class; participates in classroom activities and classes with parents and children; and assists in the greeting and clean‑up functions prior to and after classes. Salary & Benefits

Starting Rate: $18.38-$18.86 per hour
