Requirements for a Coach:

Coaching Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (part-time, shifts typically 1-3 hours, multiple shifts possible). Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am-12:00pm.

A Day in the Life of a Coach:

• Manage classes of up to 15 children safely
• Implement curriculum focused on skill and character development
• Arrive on time and provide positive experiences
• Maintain equipment and class rosters
• Feel fulfilled knowing you made a difference

Hiring Process:

1. 4-day trial: observe and coach, paid $20/session
2. 1-week training: assist or coach, paid $25/session if completed
3. Official start: $28/session
