Youth Sports Instructors Needed for Preschool and Elementary Age Children

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program emphasizing character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through excellent coaching, curriculum, and communication.

WHO TYPICALLY FILLS OUR ROLE AS COACH:

• Early Education Teachers
• Elementary Teachers

BENEFITS TO OUR COACH:

• Pay - $28 per session; (6-10 hours of on-field training at $25/session, increasing to $28 after completing Coach Training)
• Detailed coaching progression – earn more as you train more
• Potential promotion to full-time salaried position

REQUIREMENTS FOR A COACH:

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check

COACHING HOURS:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (shifts typically 1-3 hours, with possibility of multiple shifts per day). Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am-12:00pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COACH:

• Manage a class of up to 15 children safely
• Implement curriculum focusing on skill and character development
• Arrive on time, provide positive experiences for families and faculty
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Feel good about making a difference
