Youth Sports Instructors Needed for Preschool and Elementary Age Children

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

WHO TYPICALLY FILLS OUR ROLE AS COACH:

• Early Education Teachers
• Elementary Teachers

BENEFITS TO OUR COACH:

• Pay - $28 per session; 6-10 hours of on-field training at $25/session, increasing to $28 after completing Coach Training Program
• Detailed Coaching Progression – more training, more pay
• Opportunity to promote to Full-Time salaried position

REQUIREMENTS FOR COACHES:

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., including passing Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check

COACHING HOURS:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (shifts typically 1-3 hours); weekends 8:30am-12:00pm
