Youth Sports Instructors Needed for Preschool and Elementary Age Children

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

Benefits to Our Coach

• Pay - $28 per session; includes 6-10 hours of on-field training at $25/session, increasing to $28 after Coach Training
• Detailed Coaching Progression – you train more, you get paid more
• Opportunity to promote to Full-Time salaried position

What a Coach Needs

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., including passing Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check

Coaching Hours

Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (shifts typically 1-3 hours; multiple shifts possible), and weekends 8:30am-12:00pm

A Day in the Life of a Coach

• Manage a class of up to 15 children safely
• Implement curriculum focused on skill and character development
• Arrive on time and provide positive experiences for families and faculty
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Feel fulfilled knowing you made a difference

Additional Training and Standards
