Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet Texas Minimum Standards for licensed child care centers.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities using Frog Street curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual needs and support language, literacy, math, science, and social-emotional learning.
• Foster positive behavior and self-regulation through clear expectations and inclusive practices.
• Maintain continuity of care and confidentiality; engage families regularly.
• Complete required pre-service and annual training hours and current CPR/First Aid certifications.
