KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring for a Teacher to support children's education in a caring classroom setting. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe environment, and partner with parents to foster learning and growth.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, while building relationships with families and community partners. This role emphasizes dedication to young learners and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and stay organized in a busy classroom.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
