Qualifications

• Demonstrated teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of educational best practices, standards, and policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Creative, organized, and deeply committed to supporting child development.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using hands-on activities.
• Prepare and share instructional materials, including notes and project guides.
• Track student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and community partners.
• Plan and facilitate meaningful indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
• Observe student behavior and communicate concerns when appropriate.
