Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for a part-time role in Doylestown, PA. You'll lead fun sessions for children ages 2–8, deliver the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment.

The position includes paid training, starting pay of $22 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for pay increases based on performance. You don't need coaching experience; training provided, reliable transportation required, PA child safety clearances required.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children preferred, training provided.
• Ability to follow curriculum and safety protocols.
• Willingness to obtain PA child safety clearances.

Early Childhood Educator (Part-Time) | $22+/Hour | Paid Training

At Soccer Shots, you'll spend your days playing games, building confidence, and creating unforgettable experiences for children ages 2–8. Every class is filled with energy, imagination, and smiles—and you'll be the highlight of a child's week.

No coaching experience? No problem. We provide all the training you need.

What You'll Get

• Paid training to become a lead coach in as little as two weeks
• Starting pay of $22/hour as a Lead Coach
• Opportunity for a pay increase within your first 90 days based on performance

Typical coaching hours

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
