Job summary

Universities of Wisconsin seeks a WCWPDS Program Manager for Early Childhood Education to lead curriculum/instructor development and coordinate stakeholder engagement statewide. You will collaborate with WCWPDS-UWM leadership, DECE, and childcare leaders to ensure high-quality professional development and effective recordkeeping.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Adult Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a practitioner or educator in childcare or early childhood education.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple professional groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead curriculum and instructor development in collaboration with WCWPDS-UWM, DCF, and practitioners.
  • Design and oversee curriculum revisions and develop online and instructor-led learning materials.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, reporting, and records management for training programs.
  • Support trainer development, provide feedback, and ensure fidelity to curricular objectives.
  • Produce regular training outcomes reports for the Division of Children and Families.
