Job summary

University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee is seeking a WCWPDS Program Manager - Early Childhood Education to lead curriculum and instructor development for statewide professional development programs.

The role partners with WCWPDS-UWM leadership, DECE within DCF, and childcare leaders to ensure quality curriculum, trainer development, stakeholder engagement, and compliant recordkeeping and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Adult Education, Curriculum and Instruction or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• At least 2 years of experience as a practitioner or educator in childcare, early childhood education, preschool education, or child development.
• Experience collaborating with diverse professional groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum revisions in collaboration with WCWPDS-UWM, DCF, and practitioners.
• Design and develop curriculum for instructor-led and online learning environments.
• Oversee trainer development, observing and giving feedback, and ensure fidelity to objectives.
