KinderCare is seeking a lead teacher to inspire and guide a classroom, implementing our curriculum while meeting the individual needs of every child. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and learn, and you will actively engage with families to support their child’s growth.

You will mentor junior teachers, collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, and build strong connections with state licensing authorities and community

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
