The position emphasizes collaboration, curriculum development, and student advisement, with service to the department and college. Begin spring 2027; evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required for professorial ranks; ability to teach successfully; demonstrated scholarship.
• Master's degree with active progress toward a Doctorate for instructors; ability to teach successfully; productive scholarship or achievement.
• Commitment to cooperation with others for the good of the institution.

Responsibilities

• Teach early childhood and early childhood special education courses (Birth - Grade 2) and supervise fieldwork; participate in curriculum development.
• Engage in active collaboration within the Teacher Education Department and the college.
• Contribute to student advisement, assessment, and service activities such as faculty development.
• Responsibly fulfill service to the department and college; participate in governance and program assessment.
