Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in ECE; Head Start supervisory experience.
• Experience working with children with disabilities in an educational setting.
• Masters in ECE, Child Development, Special Education, Early Intervention or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in ECE; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Experience providing training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with young children.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans for each child
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with young children
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire classroom staff in cooperation with Center Director and appropriate staff following guidelines established in Grow Early Learning's Personnel Policies. Address disciplinary issues and conduct performance appraisals according to Grow Early Learning policies and guidelines.
