The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska Head Start and Early Head Start seeks an Associate Teacher to support developmentally appropriate education for children in a family-centered program.

This role aligns with federal Head Start standards, features a 7:30 AM–3:30 PM schedule, and emphasizes daily activities, mealtimes, parent involvement, and tracking child progress. A High School diploma or GED is required; CDA credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA credential preferred.
• Two years of early childhood experience in a center-based setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with observing, assessing, and documenting each child's skills and development.
• Support development of individualized education plans for each child.
