Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates in Early Childhood/Child Development preferred; CDA credential required or in progress within one year.
• Ability to work with children with disabilities and diverse families.
• Strong communication and observation skills to support child development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing daily programming under supervision.
• Support in small and large group activities and parent interactions.
• Maintain attendance, meal counts, and daily summary logs; document observations.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.
• Assist with materials prep and classroom cleanup.
