Learning Care Group is seeking a Director for a school under our network. The Director will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure licensing compliance, and foster an engaging learning environment for children and families.

The role emphasizes staffing, curriculum implementation, and proactive communication with parents, while supporting school profitability and community presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent required or higher.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education preferred.
• Previous management experience in a mid-large early childhood education center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference every day.
• Manages School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans; coaches and guides teachers on standards.
• Ensure the school operates in compliance with company and state licensing standards.
• Ensure an educational, caring and safe environment for children and parents.
• Promote the school's positive image and community involvement.
• Recruit, select and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability for the company.
