Job summary

Bezos Academy is seeking a Curriculum and Learning Manager to develop learning experiences for parents with children birth to three, translating early childhood science into accessible curriculum content and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, shaping strategies and enriching the curriculum for developmental learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of relevant experience, with at least two years owning curriculum development workstreams outside of a classroom.
• Experience developing family or educator-facing early childhood curriculum or related digital content.
• Understanding of child developmental science and evidence-based strategies to support early learning.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and evidence-based strategies to support adults in learning and applying new knowledge during interactions with a child.
• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, research methodology, and reducing bias in data.
• Proven ability to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and program or product improvements.
• Excellent written and visual communication, with strong ability to simplify complex information.
• Proven skill in adapting content for diverse audiences.
