The Learning Experience #449 is seeking a Classroom Mentor/Coach (Curriculum Coordinator) to provide instructional leadership, coaching, and curriculum support to daycare teachers and staff. You will ensure lesson planning, environments, and routines support developmental, social-emotional, and educational needs of young children.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in licensed childcare or early learning.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Experience leading or coaching in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and support classroom teachers and assistants in effective teaching practices.
• Provide guidance on lesson planning, curriculum implementation, classroom management, and child engagement.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor developmentally appropriate curriculum for various age groups.
• Review lesson plans to ensure alignment with goals and program standards.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching.
• Model effective teaching strategies and positive guidance with children.
• Help teachers create engaging learning environments promoting development.
• Support differentiation to meet individual developmental needs.
