Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
- 2+ years of classroom teaching experience with infants through age five strongly preferred.
- Experience as Infant/Toddler/Preschool/Pre-K teacher preferred.
- Experience with 0–5 development emphasized.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom resources for ages 0–5.
- Create developmentally appropriate learning experiences supporting multiple domains.
- Ensure alignment with TLE philosophy and current research.
- Review content for developmental appropriateness and quality.
