Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Educaton, Child Development or Elementary with an emphasis in early childhood.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a preschool classroom.
• Must have CLASS certification and maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, guided reflections, training, and support to Head Start staff.
• Coordinate and facilitate group-based professional development for teachers.
• Help teachers reflect, share practices, solve challenges, manage conflict, and improve child outcomes.
