Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking an energetic Resource Teacher to support lead and assistant teachers by providing classroom coverage and assisting with lesson implementation. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or related coursework preferred.
• Experience with young children in childcare, preschool, or daycare is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage with children throughout the day.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K classrooms as needed.
• Assist with age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.
• Maintain active supervision and model positive behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families; participate in trainings.
