Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Director to lead and manage a school, ensure educational quality, and promote a safe, caring environment for children and families. The role involves working with staff to implement curriculum, monitor performance, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The Director will oversee daily operations, foster growth and engagement, and communicate progress to parents while supporting the organization’s mission of excellence in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.
• Must have 2+ years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference every day.
• Manages School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans; coaches and supports teachers.
