Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of teachers, assistants, and staff; conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and program effectiveness; plan age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and licensing; implement safety policies.
• Engage with parents and community partners; organize conferences and events.
• Handle administrative duties: enrollment, attendance records, and budget reporting.
