ECS4Kids is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with Head Start and state standards, and lead a team of teaching and support staff. You will manage curriculum, family engagement, and budget with a focus on high-quality learning environments.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in early childhood programs; collaboration with health, family services, and education teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Director's Credential and VPK endorsement preferred.
• Commitment to high-quality, developmentally appropriate early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start/NAEYC standards and regulations.
• Lead staff meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Manage curriculum, child observations, and family engagement.
• Coordinate budget and in-kind activities; ensure records are maintained.
