Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with six credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Growth & Development.
• One year of related experience.
• Microsoft Office Professional or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Travels to student’s early learning work site to observe students enrolled in the program.
• Reviews student’s professional portfolio.
• Observes and scores students working with children in the appropriate age group.
• Provides scoring and feedback on results CDA National Credential Scoring Instrument, with guidance for improvement.
• Maintains student files containing results of written observation tool.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
