Job summary

The Comanche Nation Child Care Program in Oklahoma seeks an ECDC Support Specialist to maintain a safe, clean environment and support transportation, facilities, and classroom operations.

This role requires a valid driver's license, experience in janitorial or childcare settings, and the ability to pass background checks; you will work with staff to ensure safety and smooth daily routines for children and families.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in janitorial, maintenance, or childcare settings preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet licensing requirements.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Transportation duties: safely transport children and conduct vehicle inspections.
• Facilities & janitorial duties: clean, sanitize, restock supplies, report issues.
• Playground & outdoor maintenance: keep areas safe and clean.
• General maintenance & setup: install furniture and perform minor repairs.
• Classroom & kitchen support: assist staff with setup, cleanup, and supervision.
