Job summary

Child Development Schools North Carolina LLC is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and activities, while supporting classrooms alongside Lead Teachers. You will engage with children through activities, meals, and outdoor time, and communicate progress to families daily.

We value caring, patient individuals who can maintain licensing standards, document attendance, and build trusted relationships with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with families.
• Commitment to child safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
