The role emphasizes active supervision and maintaining a safe, healthy environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (CDA preferred) with experience around children aged 0-5, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CDA preferred.
• At least six months experience with children ages 0-5 preferred.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid Texas or New Mexico driver's license preferred for respective centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bus Driver and Facilities Custodian to supervise children on the bus.
• Provide educational activities that complement classroom learning.
• Provide clear directives to children regarding conduct and safety on the bus.
• Promote school readiness and prepare families for school success.
• Maintain health and safety regulations to create an optimal learning environment.
