The Learning Experience - Quail Springs, OK is hiring an Assistant Teacher to provide a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. You will work closely with lead teachers to implement engaging activities, support daily routines, and promote safety and positive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist in curriculum implementation by supporting planning and executing age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Supervise children during indoor/outdoor activities and assist with basic care.
• Reinforce positive behavior and redirect negative behavior using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain open communication with parents about progress and daily activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized classroom and prepare materials for daily activities.
• Follow health, safety policies and state licensing regulations.
