You will support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging programs, managing the classroom and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment. Competenze

• Ability to work productively without constant supervision.
• Solid understanding of child development and early learning principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of caregiving tasks.
• Must pass state background checks and meet licensing requirements.

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through active engagement and positive interactions.
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, clean learning environment.
• Supervise and provide individualized support to children and foster a sense of belonging.
• Assist in communicating with families about their child's progress and daily activities.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations.
• Support daily care routines to promote a nurturing learning environment.
