Child Development Schools in Benson, North Carolina is seeking an enthusiastic Before and After School Assistant Teacher to support young learners. You will work alongside the Lead Teacher to deliver engaging activities, stories, and hands-on exploration in a warm, safe environment.

You will help maintain classroom routines, observe development, and communicate with families daily. This role offers full-time hours and a benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Formación

• Experience with young children is desirable.
• Ability to follow the Lead Teacher’s guidance.
• Commitment to safety and licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized classroom meeting licensing ratios.
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Communicate with families daily to build relationships.
• Assist with attendance and daily reports.
