Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ years of experience with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher with age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Provide nurturing guidance for emotional and behavioral development.
• Maintain respectful relationships with parents and families.
• Support daily routines, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teaching team to ensure consistency across classrooms.
