• Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum, activities, and daily classroom routines.
• Support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through engaging learning experiences.
• Supervise children and maintain a safe, organized classroom.
• Provide accommodations and support for diverse learning needs.
• Use positive behavior guidance and classroom management.
• Conduct observations and assessments and maintain program documentation.
• Communicate with families regarding children's progress and updates.
• Follow YMCA health, safety, emergency procedures, infection control, and hand-washing practices.
• Collaborate with lead teachers and program staff to create positive educational experiences.
