Job summary

Hillel Academy of Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated classroom teacher for infants through Pre-K. Various shifts are available, with both full-time and part-time options, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

You will create engaging, age-appropriate activities and foster a safe, nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include planning lessons, collaborating with staff, and maintaining open communication with families about each child’s progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with young children in childcare or educational settings.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster a positive learning environment.
• Patience and compassion in interactions with children.
