Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple early learning centers across the Texas division. This role requires strategic leadership, strong operations focus, and a commitment to high standards across locations.

You will coach Center Directors, manage staffing and enrollment, ensure licensing compliance and lead performance improvement initiatives. Travel between centers is expected as needed.

• Strong understanding of state licensing and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop Center Directors and teams.

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers.
• Coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, enrollment and labor management.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and health and safety requirements.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, training and professional development.
• Support tours, enrollment strategies and family engagement.
• Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
• Strong understanding of Tennessee State licensing and compliance standards
• Federal background clearance and 3 Professional References required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
• Ability to travel between centers as needed
• Passion for early childhood education and operational excellence
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
