Job summary

The Learning Experience - Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple early learning centers in the Texas division. You will lead operations, coach directors, and drive high standards across locations.

Ideal candidates will have multi-site leadership in early childhood education, with Tennessee licensing knowledge, federal background clearance, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple centers or sites in education or child care.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing and compliance (Tennessee).
• Federal background clearance and 3 professional references required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers.
• Coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and labor management.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and development initiatives.
• Support tours, enrollment strategies, and family engagement when needed.
• Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
• Strong understanding of Tennessee State licensing and compliance standards
• Federal background clearance and 3 Professional References required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
• Ability to travel between centers as needed
• Passion for early childhood education and operational excellence
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
