Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing daily lesson plans using HighScope curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and families.
• Provide individualized support and responsive care to children.
• Participate in daily routines and prepare materials for activities.
• Record observations and enter data in COR system; support ongoing assessments.
• Maintain attendance, meal counts, and daily logs; observe, document, and report.
• Adhere to licensing rules and diapering/toileting procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training; communicate with families and staff.
• Assist in home visits and represent the agency professionally.
• Perform duties as assigned and uphold agency policies.
