Job summary

Wilder in Saint Paul, Minnesota is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher’s Aide to join our team of dedicated professionals. You will support teachers and families, model respectful interactions, and help maintain a welcoming, clean classroom environment for children aged 16 months to 5 years.

The role offers full-time hours, with opportunities to grow professionally and obtain the Child Development Associate credential after hire, with full financial support provided by the center.

Qualifications

• High school or GED
• You are fluent in English and can work with diverse families
• Team-oriented and respectful, with willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and staff to provide services to children and families, serving as a role model with a strengths-based, culturally relevant approach
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment; assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep and cleanup
• Navigate and report mishaps, illnesses or injuries with patience and support from the team
• Attend trainings and complete required certifications such as CPR, First Aid, DEI and DHS trainings
