Full-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
  4. Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  1. 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
  2. 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  3. CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is required
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations and background checks. You will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery per Bright Horizons' policies and legal requirements, ensuring children's safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate is between $18.50 - $22.60 per hour. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and organizational factors.

This position is eligible for a $2,000 hiring incentive, payable after 100 days of employment.
