You will collaborate with families, document milestones using electronic tracking, and follow safety guidelines while helping children grow. The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to advance within the center.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for six to eight hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Work with Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and keep classroom functioning smoothly.
• Partner with families to nurture children; document milestones using electronic tracking.
