Job summary

HCSC is offering a 10-week analytics internship designed for rising seniors in data analytics, CS, IT, or related fields. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, perform data analysis, and present findings to department leadership.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Participate in HCSC's formal internship program, supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional business and technical teams on project work and analysis.
• Own components of project deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and develop recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental initiatives improving business outcomes and member experience.
• Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership covering project results and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and compliance policies.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Strong interest in data architecture and experience with high-volume data integration is a plus.
• Experience with programming or systems analysis and knowledge of artificial intelligence networks are strong pluses.
• Familiarity with application or product feature design and application configuration is beneficial.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, creativity, and innovation.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, rising senior, majoring in data analytics, computer science, information technology, or related fields.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Available for the full 10-week internship program.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $19.13 - $34.17, varying by skills, experience, and location.
• Annual incentive bonus plan subject to plan terms and conditions.
