Zone 5 Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineer I/II to support design, development, and integration of electrical systems for unmanned aerial systems (UAS). You will assist in wiring, testing, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative flight solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering in a cutting-edge defense/aerospace environment, with opportunities for early career growth and exposure to full-system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0-2+ years of electrical engineering experience; internships or academic projects welcome.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and testing of electrical systems for UAS.
• Support wiring and harness documentation using Altium and related tools.
• Debug basic circuit issues and help integrate electrical systems with mechanical/software teams.
• Maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical docs for electrical systems.
• Conduct electrical tests and help develop test procedures to verify system functionality.
• Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformance and implement fixes.
