Job summary

BHMG Engineers, Inc. is seeking an entry- to early-career Transmission Line Engineer in the St. Louis area. The role focuses on developing expertise in transmission line design, project coordination, and junior mentorship under moderate supervision.

The position allows on-site or hybrid work at our St. Louis, MO; Collinsville, IL; or Bettendorf, IA offices, with a path to greater responsibility and client-facing opportunities.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop transmission line designs using PLS-CADD and related tools, and prepare drawings and BOMs.
• Coordinate with survey and real estate teams to incorporate field data into design.
• Assist with permitting exhibits and construction schedules; support field reviews.
