Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Western Region. You will own a territory, build relationships with retail partners, and execute strategies to drive growth, coming from day one with hands-on sales experience.

You’ll learn consumer goods dynamics, develop leadership and analytical skills, and collaborate with marketing and commercial teams. Must reside in or relocate to the Western Region and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates or up to two years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, or retail operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; proven initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
