Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations or leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus orgs, athletics, military service or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and insights to customers.
• Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights.
• Ensure product availability, freshness, and in-store execution standards.
• Manage territory administration, reporting, expenses, and POS materials.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support goals.
