Qualifications

Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in civil/structural engineering from an accredited university.
Available to start in the next 1-2 months.
Design modification experiences preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in the preparation of structural designs.
Knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and RISA-3D is preferred.
Knowledge of industry standards and ability to create comprehensive design documentation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and design structural systems for power-generating facilities.
Manage own assignments with minimal oversight, balancing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
Produce drawings, calculations, and technical evaluations that are code-compliant.
Stay current with industry codes, standards, and safety practices; apply QA standards.
Travel to plant sites and perform walkdowns of structures and systems, interfacing with client personnel.
