Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is hiring a Civil/Structural Engineer to join a collaborative team focused on evaluating and designing structural systems for power-generating facilities.

The role targets early-career professionals (1–3 years) who will grow technically, take on meaningful challenges, and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects. You will work with engineers from multiple disciplines, manage your assignments with minimal oversight, and deliver code-compliant drawings, calculations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil/structural engineering from an accredited university.
• Available to start in the next 1–2 months.
• Design modification experiences preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the preparation of structural designs.
• Knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and RISA-3D is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards, willingness to participate in prototyping and testing, ability to create comprehensive design documentation preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members, presenting design proposals, and documenting design specifications.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage own assignments with minimal oversight, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Produce accurate, code-compliant engineering documents such as drawings, calculations, and technical evaluations.
• Stay current with industry codes, standards, and safety practices relevant to the nuclear sector.
• Apply QA standards to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Travel to plant sites and interface with client personnel for walk-downs of structures and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines to integrate civil/structural design with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
