Job summary
Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an early career data exploitation and analysis engineer to advance SAR sensor systems and digital signal processing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience with RF signal processing, Python/C/C++, and MATLAB/Simulink, and be eligible for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
- Ability to obtain DOE Q clearance and SCI level clearance, may require a polygraph
- Education in RF signal processing and image formation and/or computer vision
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve digital signal and image processing techniques that address real world national security situational awareness and decision‑making challenges
- Advance state‑of‑the‑art in data analysis and exploitation
- Work across RF disciplinary boundaries to develop novel SAR information products
- Analyze and resolve anomalies in algorithmic performance and implementation
